What is beef dripping?

Our high-quality beef dripping is a fully neutralised, bleached, and deodorised edible beef fat, obtained by the physical refining of pure beef dripping. All raw materials used in the manufacture of our beef dripping are derived from healthy bovine animals. Industrially made, beef dripping is a pure, and stable fat with a high smoke point. Refined beef dripping not only has a high smoke point of 210°C but has a very long frying life outperforming vegetable oils and fats. Beef dripping is a great cooking fat for shallow and deep frying and as a roasting fat for potatoes. With a mild beef flavour and aroma, it adds a depth of flavour and can transform the simple chip into something spectacular!
